Drama

In drama we expect all pupils to engage in group collaboration, have the ability to direct and organise others and have the tenacity to communicate ideas and concepts effectively. Meaning will be expressed through the physical medium of drama or script using a wide range of sophisticated techniques and styles– to explore themes, issues, cultures, psychology and society.

Pupils will develop a multitude of life skills, including effective collaboration, clear communication, the understanding of body language and how to amend and refine their work. The curriculum is designed to support progression to the further study of drama at a’ Level and University.
